By using the Miami Event Video Pro website and services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Miami Event Video Pro provides video production, photography, animation, live streaming, and equipment rental services. Project details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual proposals or contracts.

Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm booking. Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights specified in their contract. Miami Event Video Pro retains the right to use project excerpts for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Liability

Miami Event Video Pro is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, or client-supplied materials.
